Conversion of mechanical raked pressure filters to Air Scour systems.
Filtec carries out a conversion of existing mechanical raked pressure filter to the more modern air scour system with the minimum of disruption to our clients business.
As part of this service we will remove all mechanical parts together with the floors and under-drains . Grit blast ( to SA2.5 standard, if required ) and coatings of filter vessel using epoxy or bitumastic ( or those specified by our clients ). Design, manufacture and install a new, smooth bore , lateral nozzle system
